Editing and Delivery

We deliver edited photos/videos because we consider editing a key element in providing the best product to our clients. Feelin’Motion does not deliver original .raw files or unprocessed photos. By “basic processing,” we mean: Cropping, Lighting, White Balance, and Color Correction.

For corporate work, sharing these files may be considered. Any additional treatments/edits requested may incur extra costs, calculated upon request.

We reserve the right to refuse specific requests for image processing or editing if we consider them unsuitable for our photography style or outside our skill set.

Copyright

All images and videos captured and reproduced as part of the contracted service are the property of Feelin’Motion, which holds all copyright and related rights under Portuguese Copyright and Related Rights Law. Digital images are digitally signed and may not be copied, reproduced, or edited without prior authorization from the author.

Physical copies may not be copied, photographed, or reproduced for any purpose other than personal and private use without prior authorization from the author. To ensure the quality of the work produced, Feelin’Motion reserves the exclusive right to crop, add, remove, alter, or modify any images resulting from the session or event.

Publishing images on the Internet or social media for advertising or commercial purposes is only allowed with prior authorization from the author, and images must display a watermark and clear attribution, including a reference to the official website: www.feelinmotion.pt.

Feelin’Motion reserves the right to reproduce images it owns for portfolio purposes, studio presentations, galleries, trade fairs, website, promotion, advertising, posters, contests, and social media. If there is any reason that prevents consent to this condition, it must be presented in writing at the time of booking, as this is the only tool available to share the photographic work with a wider audience.
