Feelin’ Motion undertakes to comply with all applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data resulting from European and national legislation, in the processing of clients’ personal data carried out in the scope of the services provided and strictly in accordance with the instructions received. Personal data, namely: names, identification numbers, and addresses, are used for invoicing services rendered, entering into contracts, and communication between the parties. These data may also be disclosed to Public Services and judicial authorities if required by law.

a. Name, address and postal code, phone number and/or mobile, tax identification number, and email address.
b. Information related to contracted services and products, invoices, payment statements, and amounts paid.
c. Your contact information, for our After-Sales services related to the services and products purchased.
d. Photographs and other tools necessary for the provision of services or the sale of associated products.
How We Use Your Information
We may process your information in the following situations:
a. For the provision of a service or sale of a product.
b. For the provision of a service or sale of a product you have contracted, and, whenever necessary, to adapt it to the client’s needs and preferences.
c. For invoicing and collection of services provided and/or products sold, and for payments linked with other providers or vendors.
d. To resolve complaints and respond to requests for clarification.
e. To send messages (SMS and email) to keep you updated about your services and products, including information about any changes.
How Long We Keep Your Information
The period during which personal data is stored depends on the purpose for which the information is processed. There are legal requirements that oblige us to keep data for a minimum period (e.g., tax obligations). When no specific legal requirement exists, data will be stored only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, as defined by law. Once this period expires, Feelin’Motion will delete the data.
Pending legal proceedings may justify retaining your data for longer periods.
