Within Portugal, for distances over 100 km from Porto, we charge €0.50/km, and accommodation may be required depending on your wedding schedule.

For other countries, we will need to check flights and accommodation to provide an accurate estimate.

Payments are made as follows: 30% upon booking, 50% up to one week before the wedding, and 20% upon receiving the final work.

No. Same Day Edit doesn’t fit the style of editing and storytelling we aim to provide for our couples.

We prefer to be fully present throughout the day, focusing on capturing every moment and paying attention to all the details.

We believe that 12 hours on your wedding day is enough to provide you with the best version of our services.

If you need additional hours, you can hire extra time at €175 per hour, up to a maximum of 14 hours.

Yes! Sometimes, when we feel the moment is right, we use drones to capture contextual shots of the venue. However, for safety reasons, we do not film people or specific moments.

If you wish to have drone coverage for specific moments, we can subcontract a specialized drone operator.

Yes! During the day, we will need breaks to eat and stay comfortable.

Therefore, we ask that our meals be served at the same time as your guests, so we are available for the most important and unique moments.

We appreciate your ideas and will take them into account whenever possible. However, our creative process involves many decisions throughout all the moments we work for you—whether during preparation for the big day, on the day itself while photographing and filming, or even during editing. Therefore, please understand that it may not always be possible to include every guest or every single moment.

Any technical issues can be corrected, but if you wish to change our creative decisions, additional costs may apply.

We understand that you have favorite songs that remind you of special moments throughout your life. However, due to copyright restrictions, we may not be able to use them.

That said, we make it a priority to understand your musical tastes based on the songs we hear during your day, and we will adapt our film editing as best as possible, using music we are allowed to use while always prioritizing harmony between the images and the sound.
